Terms of Use
Effective 5 September 2026
Using LifeHub
LifeHub is a personal organisation application for Windows. You may install and use the current public release on devices that you own or control for lawful personal use.
Licence and distribution
LifeHub is provided for use under these terms. You may not sell, repackage, falsely claim ownership of, remove ownership notices from, or distribute a modified version of LifeHub in a way that suggests it is an official LifeHub release without permission.
Your information
You are responsible for the information and documents you add to LifeHub and for ensuring that you have the right to store them. LifeHub does not claim ownership of your personal records or documents.
No professional advice
Budget, reminder, vehicle and document features are organisational tools only. LifeHub does not provide financial, legal, medical, insurance, tax or vehicle-safety advice.
Important deadlines and notifications
You should independently verify critical dates such as MOT, road tax, insurance, appointments, bills and document expiries. Notifications may be delayed, blocked or affected by Windows settings, power settings, permissions or other circumstances. LifeHub should not be your only method of tracking a legally or financially important deadline.
Backups
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important information. No software should be treated as the only copy of essential records or documents. Test backups periodically before relying on them.
Availability and updates
LifeHub may be updated, changed or discontinued. Features and system requirements may change between versions. Compatibility with every Windows configuration or third-party application cannot be guaranteed.
Acceptable use
You must not use LifeHub or its website to violate applicable law, interfere with the service, distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access, or misuse the support system.
Disclaimer
LifeHub is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no promise is made that the software will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeHub's publisher is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the software. Users remain responsible for verifying important information and maintaining backups. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when LifeHub changes. The current version will be published on this website with its effective date.
Contact
